How to Book

  • Choose the holiday most suitable for you and your family or friends.
  • Download and print a booking form. A booking form may be obtained by clicking in the link here.  
  • Please read our terms and conditions carefully before proceeding with the booking. Signing the booking form confirms that you and the other people travelling with you have accepted the terms and conditions.  
  • Please ensure that all relevant sections are completed correctly with all your contact details.  
  • Once completed please forward the booking form to us by post with the payment. You can also send the booking form by fax or email, if you are paying by credit / debit card or by bank transfer. If you are sending the booking form by email, please ensure that you scan the completed and signed booking form. All contact details are available by clicking in the link here.


    Deposit & Payments
  • For all coach tours a non-refundable deposit of £200 per person or 30% of the tour cost (whichever is greater) will be required at the time of booking.
  • For booking received less than 4 weeks prior to the departure of the tour, full payment will be required at the time of booking.

    Paypal Payments
    Payments can be made with PayPal service. All PayPal specific conditions apply.
    Book Online
    Once you have selected your holiday and confirmed availability with our London Reservations department, please download and complete a booking form, this needs to be fully completed, signed and sent back to our London Reservations department.
    Once this has been received, we will make a provisional booking and forward you a booking Invoice number. You must then use this Invoice number to make your payment on line. Please note, a deposit is only acceptable, 28 days prior to your departure, any payments which are made for tours which are departing within 28 days, full payment will be required at time of payment.  A confirmation invoice will be posted to you approximately within 5 working days of us receiving your payment into our account. We also ask you to read our full terms and conditions regarding booking and cancellation policy.

    Cheque
    Payments can also be made by Cheque. Cheques should be made payable to Taj Tours. 14 day clearance required for cheques.


    Note:
  • For all bookings, the booking will not be complete until a signed copy of the booking form is received either by fax, post or by email. Once the completed form and deposit monies are received we will send you a confirmation by post.
